Muhammad Ali (b. January 17, 1942 as Cassius Marcellus Clay, Jr. - d. June 3, 2016) was a professional boxer who fought in the Heavyweight division. Ali is a 3 time Heavyweight champion, first time beating Sonny Liston in 1964 as Cassius Clay, beating George Foreman in 1974, and finally beating Leon Spinks in 1978 which was his final time as lineal Heavyweight Champion as he came back twice in losing efforts. Ali had a popular rivalry against Joe Frazier as they fought three times, losing the first time but winning both rematches. Ali is considered the greatest boxer of all time, alongside Floyd Mayweather, Mike Tyson, Evander Holyfield, Lennox Lewis, Wladimir Klitschko and many more.
